The camera specifications of the iQOO Z7 Pro have been revealed prior to its official launch in India on August 31st. Positioned as a competitor to devices like the Motorola Edge 40, Google Pixel 6a, and Realme 11 Pro Plus, the upcoming iQOO Z7 Pro is projected to be priced at less than Rs 30,000.
Distinguishing itself, the forthcoming iQOO Z7 Pro features a 64-megapixel camera with OIS capability, promising sharper photographic output. This is a notable departure considering iQOO’s main emphasis on performance and multitasking. Complementing this primary sensor is a 2-megapixel bokeh camera on the device’s rear. Additionally, the front display accommodates a 16-megapixel selfie camera within a hole-punch cutout.
Ahead of the launch, iQOO has unveiled the phone’s sleek design with a curved screen. The iQOO Z7 Pro will come in options of black and a white-blue gradient color. As per the information provided by iQOO, the phone features an AMOLED display, which is a common standard for smartphones in this price category. Although the frame is crafted from metal, it’s important to note that there is an absence of a headphone jack.
The iQOO Z7 Pro is predicted to have an approximate price of Rs 25,000, as previously mentioned. The highest-priced variant of the phone might be around Rs 30,000. Meanwhile, the standard iQOO Z7s is priced at Rs 17,999 in India for the model with 128GB storage and 6GB RAM, and the version with 8GB RAM is available for Rs 18,999.
Apart from iQOO, several other Android phone manufacturers are preparing to launch their latest models. Chinese smartphone manufacturer Honor is making a comeback with new local partnerships. The company is expected to unveil the Honor 90, featuring a 200-megapixel camera. Anticipated features also include a 6.60-inch Full-HD+ display, a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, 12GB of RAM, a 5,000mAh battery with 66W fast charging, and 5G compatibility.
