In the patent file in India, we only see the Mahindra Scorpio N model that was unveiled in South Africa. It has LED headlight cluster at the front with LED DRL and a newly designed grille with snorkel on the driver’s side and apart from this, you can also see the setup of an LED light bar on the roof. The design of the alloy wheels, front bumper mounted winch and side steps of the new Scorpio N pickup truck also looks similar to the South Africa model. The upcoming Scorpio N pickup truck in the Indian market is going to be a truck with excellent off-roading capability.
Mahindra Scorpio N Pickup Truck Cabin
Being a pickup truck, you do not get the facility of jump seats at the rear. An open drain is going to be found in its place. Apart from this, the cabin is going to be similar to Mahindra Scorpio N. However, to make it different, red stitching has been done at many places. It is expected that by the time the production model reaches, we will see many changes in its cabin also.

Scorpio N pickup truck is going to get the same features as the normal Scorpio N. The 8-inch touch screen infotainment system comes with a simulator instrument cluster and Apple CarPlay connectivity with wireless Android Auto. Other highlights include dual zone climate control, wireless mobile charging, six-way height adjustable driver seat, single pane voice assist sunroof, AC vents for rear passengers and a USB charging socket. Apart from this, the vehicle is also going to get premium music system along with premium leather seats.

Mahindra Scorpio N Pickup Truck Safety features
As a safety feature, it has been introduced in South Africa with Level 2 ADAS technology, although there is no information about whether it will be offered in the Indian market or not. Apart from this, six air bags, electronic stability control, tire pressure monitoring system, hill haul assist, hill descent control, traction control are going to be available.

Mahindra Scorpio N Pickup Truck Engine
Powered under the bonnet will be a 2.2 liter diesel engine, which also powers the current Scorpio N. But its engine will be tuned for better emissions. However, no information has been given by the company regarding this yet. According to some media reports, this can also be offered with 4 liter engine option.
It is going to get 4WD High and 4WD Low system for better off-roading. Gearbox options will include six speed manual and automatic.

If it is launched in the Indian market, its price is expected to start around Rs 25 lakh.

While unveiling it, Mahindra has not given any information about when it will be launched. But we hope that this can be introduced in the Indian market by 2026.
